SureSync ("SureSync," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your experience using our software-as-a-service platform is both powerful and secure. This Privacy Policy applies to the SureSync Website, Application, and Cloud platform (collectively the "Platform") and governs our data collection and usage practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY TAKES EFFECT WHEN YOU EITHER (1) BEGIN USING OUR PLATFORM, OR (2) CLICK “I ACCEPT” OR A SIMILAR BUTTON OR CHECKBOX PRESENTED DURING SIGN-UP.

SureSync also collects anonymous demographic data (e.g., age, gender, preferences) and system data (e.g., IP address, browser type, access times, referring URLs). This helps us operate our services and improve user experience.

Please do not disclose sensitive or private personal information on public message boards. SureSync is not responsible for how others use this publicly shared data.

All payments are securely processed via a third-party provider, Stripe. SureSync does not store any payment card information.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SureSync, its users, or the public.
