This Privacy Policy applies to the SureSync Website, Application, and Cloud platform (collectively the "Platform") and governs our data collection and usage practices. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

All payments are securely processed via a third-party provider, Stripe. SureSync does not store any payment card information.

We may disclose your personal information if required by law, or if necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SureSync, its users, or the public.
